Go Safer security consultants are trained to be knowledgeable in all Go Safer products, plans, and services. Security consultants assist existing and prospective customers with providing customer service including product and service information, basic troubleshooting, and directing. Security consultants manage schedules, appointments, phone, and email support involving customer service inquiries including making and receiving outbound/inbound phone calls and emails.
Go Safer technical support experts are trained to be knowledgeable in all Go Safer products, plans, and services. Technical support experts assist existing customers with their account information, billing, solving/diagnosing/dispatching technical support pertaining to customers' alarm system. Technical support experts manage schedules, appointments, phone, and email support involving technical support inquiries including making and receiving outbound/inbound phone calls and emails.
Go Safer installation technicians are trained to be knowledgeable in the programming and physical installation of all Go Safer alarm systems and security components. Installation technicians are dispatched on site to provide technical support to customers' alarm systems.
